How do I send a gift?
Tap someone on Home (or their page), pick a gift, wrap it with a message, and pay. They get a notification and unwrap it in the app.
What does it cost?
You pay the gift plus a small gift fee, shown before you pay. The person gets the full gift.
When can I withdraw gift money?
Once the payment settles (usually a few days) and you’ve opened the gift. Add your bank in Me → Balance. Withdrawals under $40 have a $2 fee.
Who can see my wishlist?
By default, people who add you and anyone with your link. Make your account private in Settings → Privacy to approve people first.
How do group gifts work?
Start one from someone’s page, invite people you’ve added, and everyone chips in. On the day, everything raised arrives as one gift.
How old do I need to be?
13 or older. Under 18, a parent or guardian helps set up withdrawals.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Me → Settings → Delete account. Or ask us on the delete-account page.
