In the app (fastest): Me → Settings → Delete account. If you still have money in your balance, withdraw it first.

Can’t get into the app? Ask us below with the email or phone number on your account. We’ll confirm it’s you, then delete your profile, wishlist, photos and videos. We keep payment records for as long as the law requires.
